Anyone who owns a Jaecoo 7 knows the struggle: the rear parcel shelf is easy to remove, but there’s no designated space to store it safely. When you need to load tall items, the shelf becomes an obstacle that gets scratched up in the trunk or takes up passenger seats. Add to that the classic umbrella problem: always in the way, rolling around the trunk, or buried under luggage exactly when it starts pouring.

💡 My 2.0 Solution: More Space, More Order I evolved my original design to create The Hook 2.0. It’s no longer just a shelf mount; it’s a complete, integrated organization system. With this set of hooks, you can:

🙋♂️ Why I Created It (and then upgraded it) After solving the parcel shelf issue with the first version, I realized there was still "dead" space right underneath it. As a Jaecoo 7 owner myself, I wanted a way to stop my umbrella from roaming around the trunk. That’s how The Hook 2.0 was born: my first functional mod became even more useful. Once I saw how much space was saved and how convenient it is to have the umbrella locked in place, I knew this was the definitive version to share with the community.
